I liked the location and service
The hotel needed work, to modernize the rooms, bathrooms! There was always a white face towel on the floor at the entrance, a shame! In a 4-star hotel it is not acceptable not to have a hairdryer in the bathrooms.
location and ease of transportation
room had several problems the first leak in the bathroom sink, one day yes another there wasn't water leak in the air conditioner. The refrigerator turned off when I left because the key to the door turned everything off.
Kind staff, clean room and common areas and excellent breakfast.
The beds are not very comfortable.
Very good hotel, the stay was completely pleasant and the breakfast was exceptional. The room was clean and pleasant, the staff very attentive and willing to solve problems. The breakfast is very good and with local recipes.
