everything was great, the pools are great, there are a million activities for the kids, monitors everywhere
everything was great, I have nothing to complain about, the kids didn't even want to leave, they enjoyed every second
we had a problem with cockroaches in the room, I informed the reception and they just apologized. they called a long time later asking if we wanted to change rooms but it was late and the kids were already in bed, other than that everything was great

Get ready to share the hotel with a lot of people.
Next to the Thermas dos Laranjais park, you can walk easily if you don't want to wait for the free transport offered by the Hotel. Super helpful staff. I had to change rooms twice and they were very helpful. Excellent food.
Not enough pool for the number of guests. If you want peace and quiet, ask for a room not facing the pool.

Overall it was really good! I recommend.
Location and service are strengths. Very helpful and helpful staff. Lots of activities to keep kids and seniors entertained.
Even though booked at the front desk, there was no housekeeping on the first day. I had booked a room for three and had no towels or blankets at all.
