Everything else is correct

The only problem is parking, if you are driving with 10 people, it is logical that you will need parking for 2 cars and only one entrance to the department.

Property with good cost benefit and the hostess very attentive

Attention of the owner, even if to solve the problems encountered. Very helpful and willing to provide good service.

Only 1 parking space and nearby streets do not allow parking. There is no handbook / person on site or nearby for emergency support. Landlord in a condominium, for example.
