Pleasant, beautiful environment, with good options for food and leisure. It is a great choice for families and couples. We really enjoyed our stay with our young daughter. It is suggested to upgrade the Copinha. Due to the number of families with babies, it deserves greater attention.
Very noisy at night after 10 pm! In this case, the main factor is the architecture, which is very beautiful and has incredible acoustics, but not so ideal for a hotel kkkk! I understand the whole issue of circulation in the floors and the hall, but I think it's worth putting up little signs reminding you, in a kind way, about less noise after 10 pm.
The hotel is very good, the food and drink are of great quality, the staff are friendly. Ambiance, clean, spacious, great pools and spacious room.
The elevator system is horrible, we ended up waiting 20 minutes, all guests complained about the issue. Parking is not very practical, it has a 24-hour valet but it takes a long time, not the fault of the employees, but the organization. I do not agree with the internal consumption system, in which credit is recharged on a prepaid card and the remaining money is NOT refunded, a system designed to make you consume more than necessary, intentionally in bad faith. Very bad internet, if you depend on it, don't count on the hotel internet.
Would recommend changing bath towels. I found it of low standard, comparing to the level of the hotel.
The hotel has a majestic hall and a leisure area that is very suitable for the price paid. breakfast and lunch are very good. Lunch costs 60 reais per person, maybe you think it's expensive, but it's actually a very fair value, for the variety offered.
The rooms are disappointing, they don't match the hotel lobby, that is, they are poorly designed, lack sockets, noisy air conditioning, thin walls and no insulation. So, if you want to sleep later forget it, for two reasons: everything that happens outside in the hallway you will hear; second the mattress is hard, but it is very same. About this, I even made a complaint at the reception who decided to put a type of pillow to solve the problem, which was not enough. So the days I stayed there I didn't sleep well.
I liked everything very well !!!!
there is nothing to complain about.
