excellent place to stay
Excellent place to stay. We stayed 6 nights and we don't have any complaint about it. Both the owner and the people who do the cleaning are a love, they make you feel at home. The place is very close to the beaches and the center, you can walk to both sides. The room has a beautiful view. The exquisite breakfast. The attention was very very good, we really loved it. If you have doubts, you can check the instagram page, we check there. I totally recommend this place.

well done!
We were 3 Argentine friends, the breakfast was abundant, varied and rich. It is a few minutes walk from Rua das Piedras, the area is very dark and at first it is scary to walk back, but everyone told us that it was not dangerous, there are no robberies or anything. You can use UBER to take you to the station, it takes 6 min and it's cheap. The pool is not great, the rooms are spacious and clean, Families with children, a great option, if you come with a baby stroller, prepare for the hills! (I would go and return in uber)
The pool is half dirty, but if you go to the beach it doesn't matter.

INCREDIBLE (better than the expensive hotels we stayed at the other times!)
Great value for money and staff. Feels like you are in a house! Good breakfast and beautiful view. 10 min walking from Rua das Pedras! Good size room with new bathrooms and air conditioning.
Just needs to change the room’s wardrobe and the room curtains (but I liked waking up with the sun and the beautiful view).

Comfortable, correct and economical
Varied breakfast, I asked for a special milk and they gave it to me (skimmed without lactose)
We asked for two single beds and there was a big one or a small one... we had to sort it out... the girl's mattress was made of hard foam (they changed it the second night at my request) Missing a kettle or coffee maker in the room or common areas for breakfast extra hours... it is Very necessary !!!!!
