The Hostel is very good, the house is big and the common space is good. The staff is very helpful, polite. Martins very good people always available, the JADE with the truffles sensational and the chocolate cake should be served in the afternoon also as a courtesy, it would be sensational! @.@ The pool is very good but with rain it was not possible to enjoy it.
WIFI and the location for the home office urgently need to improve: it is a trend to have a space for the home office and with a good connection! I had to stay on the couch which isn't bad, but not ideal! The stairs that give access to the upstairs bedroom (next to the pool) need to prune the little plant a little too... *** It would be good to separate smoking and non-smoking areas in the pool area if possible!
At the hostel gallery, Amanda, Léo, Carine, they are super attentive, I had an unforeseen situation where I locked the key inside the closet, super kind Léo managed to open it, and I think António? And the maintenance he is also very helpful !!!
I think that if the person is a volunteer, he should be more friendly, This person is Martin, a person, without education, not at all friendly, By the way, the room had a problem with the ceiling fan, where the hostel's DNA said they would put a standing fan, I spoke to Amanda and she asked for Martín to be an ear of the merchant, I personally went and asked for the same fan, where there were 05 people in the same room, he didn't like it when I spoke. This person should pay for the hostel!!!
