great hotel, good location, breakfast with enough variety (the only thing missing was that the juices were natural), air-conditioned shared environments with a good visual appearance rooms well organized and clean, however the lack of elastics in the mattresses was something that displeased us

the adhesive bracelet they ask us to use I didn't like because if we stay naked for several days the bracelet starts to bother.
Localization.
The hotel should be banned by the Civil Defense. Electrical installations completely compromised (on the day I stayed, an apartment caught fire). Air conditioning doesn't work. TV doesn't work. Bathroom floods. They sell with a garage but don't have a garage for all guests (first come first served). Socket in the room works for 1 hour on average, after that you have to call the electrician to literally hammer the breaker box (this happens in all rooms). I do not recommend it for elderly people or families with children - very dangerous.
At the moment, the hotel is under construction, so early in the morning the noise of the concrete mixer starts, mason breaking the wall, elevator with construction material! But I believe that when finished it will be a good place to stay!
The bathroom didn't have a shower, so after a shower, there's water almost inside the room, it's a mess!
