The staff was discriminatory, the hall was flooded, we were given a room where another person was already there, the staff didn't know what to do. We were charged more for additional services than we were told at the beginning. The food in the hotel is poor and very expensive for what it is.
The facilities are incredible and the service provided by the people who work at the hotel is wonderful. The Shake bar has the best team, helpful, attentive, kind and very friendly people, I would give them much more than 10. This is a place I would return to without hesitation.
The cottage was small, but very beautiful, cozy and special. An island with a private beach is beautiful. Friendly staff and nice hot water pool located in the resort
I didn't like that after 23:30 you couldn't buy anything to drink, in such a resort I expect full service as the reception is open 24 hours. Another thing we didn't like was the beautiful sunbeds located in the sea, they were chargeable (not indicated anywhere). Overpriced breakfast ($50 for two)

There is no beach on site, but you have the option of taking a boat from the hotel's jetty and it will take you to the private beach 30 minutes from the hotel.
