TV channels did not work, toilet tap did not work, bedroom curtain could not open completely, bathroom shower faucet too hot or too cold very quickly.

Housing Manager is a highly shady company called Huswell with no personal contact whatsoever. However, Huswell showered us with 12 emails, 6 SMS and 6 WhatsApp messages (sometimes redundant, sometimes in English - sometimes in clumsy German) during 5 days of vacation, which was unnecessary and completely confusing. Instead of €300 as announced in the booking confirmation, the deposit was €375 plus a previously unagreed fee of €25, which - also completely confusing - was debited by another company. So from check-in we had a queasy feeling that overshadowed the whole stay. With the many digital contacts, Huswell tries to sell upgrades (e.g. renting linen/towels for 4 people for 45€ plus another 45€ for linen). The offer to take out travel insurance also appeared suspicious. At the end of our stay we were asked to give a positive rating - combined with the request to refrain from negative ratings and, if necessary, to send them to Huswell. The final low point was the fight for the refund of the deposit: Instead of the announced refund period of 20(!) days after check-out, it actually took 39(!!!!!!!!!) days for the deposit to be refunded after several queries on our part. Conclusion: Huswell spoiled our stay.

Cleaning fee of 107 euros, take everything out yourself, take the garbage to a public waste collection point and turn off the heating - it's too expensive. We only found the key after a long search. We were told the code but not where the key safe was.
