Moved late, due to cleaning after the previous tenants.

1. The owner is not punctual. A family with children was forced to wait in the frost for a whole hour until the keys were brought to us, despite the fact that they called and informed about their arrival in advance. 2. The bed linen had to be brought by oneself from the owner's car, from the street. Service "on top". 3. The apartment is dirty, carpets with traces of dirty shoes from the street. 4. The toilet lid is broken, the bidet system is leaking, the shower does not normally disperse water, there were no garbage bags in the bucket, there is a lot of things missing in the kitchen. 5. The floor creaks terribly, at night if someone moves around the apartment, everyone wakes up. 6. The fattest minus - the windows of the room and the bedroom overlook the central avenue, and the windows have low noise insulation, in this regard it was practically impossible to sleep. Also, the audibility through the wall with the neighboring apartment perfectly made it possible to hear all the swearing, which lasted until the morning. Considering all this, the price of the apartments is too high !!!
