The location is convenient, shops are nearby, the metro is 12 minutes walk, the bus is 2 minutes. Modern smart TV with large screen, Wi-Fi works great. There is a boiler and a washing machine, as well as everything you need for the kitchen: stove, dishes, refrigerator. There is a bank with an exchanger in the next house. The house is old, but strong, of Soviet times, with a "southern entourage" - the entrance is through the outer gallery.

The apartment is clean, clean linen. Air conditioning. The area is calm and safe. The location is excellent, 2 minutes from the bus stop that goes to the train station, to the metro station. The metro station is 15-20 minutes on foot or 2 stops by bus # 2. Take 1 bus to the train station and Koroglu station, from which you can take bus 171, 172 to Beagle beach. For 9 manats by Uber you can get to the airport. Near the house there are grocery stores, a small supermarket, a cafe with excellent barbecue and kebab. The only caveat is the 4th floor without an elevator, but for us this was not a minus. Thank you for your hospitality, Ali :).

Liked: the punctuality of the owner, the cleanliness of the apartments, the location. According to the photo, we decided that the apartment consists of two rooms, but in fact the apartment is one-room. The sofa cannot be expanded. As a family option, it is not very convenient when traveling with children. The apartment has everything you need.
