there was no hot water in the shower in the room, there was no complete bath set, only shampoo and towels, the rest had to be interrogated, the room was for two, but a cup and a glass for one person, I also had to ask again, the refrigerator did not cool down, they asked to be replaced
Pleasant, helpful staff
We chose the hotel in order to go to the pool and spa. I called the hotel, they said the pool is open until 21:00, I checked in at 18;30, they said that the spa is not working, the pool is until 18:00. There is also a spa in the photo. With such success, could I choose another hotel?
Good breakfasts. Large area, several pools. Close to the beach. Beautiful interiors. Excellent water pressure. Large terrace.
The hotel is clearly 4 stars. The room was not cleaned, towels were not changed, garbage was not taken out. Only after contacting the reception they brought a second set of towels (there were two of us).
