Promenade 2 BDR Apartment

1) The apartment is located on the 4th (last) floor. There is no elevator in the house. This makes it very difficult to go up and down with suitcases or after shopping. 2) Of all the remotes for TV and air conditioning, only one worked. The rest have old discharged batteries. 3) The doors of the shower stall do not close completely. Because of this, when bathing, water flows out onto the floor. 4) The shower hose is leaking and needs to be replaced. The shower itself cannot be adjusted in height. 5) The large mirror in the bathroom is poorly fixed and when you try to open the cabinet attached to it, it may fall on the opening one. 6) Inside the shower stall, a small shelf is not enough to put soap and shampoo, etc. I had to put everything on the floor. 7) There are not enough grids on the windows. In the evening and at night, a lot of mosquitoes fly in. There are no funds from them in the apartment. I had to specially buy it myself. 8) Uncomfortable mattresses on the beds. 9) There is only one air conditioner for the whole apartment and its capacity is not enough. 10) The chairs in the kitchen require minor renovation.
