Convenient, not expensive.
Excellent location in the old part of the city: the embankment, the old town, the funicular and the pedestrian street are within close reach, literally 5-10 minutes.
Stayed 2 nights and didn't notice anything.

In general, we were satisfied with our stay. I can recommend.
Perfect location, in the very center of Baku. The room is clean, tidy, has air conditioning, coffee and tea bags. There is a water cooler in the lobby. Pleased with the presence of an iron and a refrigerator.
We were placed in a room with a window overlooking the entrance. The window was open at night, so you could hear all the people who came in / out. It was quite dusty under the bedside tables and under the bed.
