Comfortable in one word
Clean, bright apartment with an incomparable terrace-balcony and a view of the Caspian Sea. High-quality and modern appliances and furniture. Huge fluffy towels (a separate love), an electric coffee maker, an incredibly comfortable sofa in the living room, Smart-TV in every room, you can watch netflix (if you have a subscription) or youtube. Khatai metro station is 4-5 minutes away, a large Bravo supermarket is around the corner. The value for money is excellent!

I definitely recommend it!
Convenient location, close to metro. Very clean, comfortable, tea and coffee in the public domain, kitchen utensils. the apartment is excellent, linen, towels - everything is clean, pleasant. The price-quality ratio was very satisfying. Definitely recommend!
