TRENDY VIENNA by JR City Apartments

When we arrived, there was a sewer smell everywhere, but luckily it didn't come back after ventilation. The cleanliness is not 100%, the small tap in the washroom was scaled and there were blue stains on the sheets.

Rollaway bed not very comfortable. The apartments have a coffee machine with capsules for money. Lack of tea. Cobwebs on the lamp in the bedroom.

1. The most significant minus for me is that the apartments have an unpleasant basement smell (apartments on the first floor: perhaps next to the basement). The bedroom is not ventilated (the window is blocked from the outside). Below I noted that I would not stop (but only because of the smell). I assume that other apartments from this company would probably be attractive to me, since everything else is fine. 2. Double bed with approach from one side. Not very convenient.

No ventilation in the toilet! , no trash in the bathroom, little kitchen equipment, cheap linens and slip off quickly, duvet too warm, bed narrow, cold on the floor, no carpet, no curtains (other than blackout), shower functions not working

Very low level of cleanliness: the pans were stained with grease from previous guests. There was dirt under the sofa and the floor was sticky; dirty dishes and glasses; refrigerator works intermittently; Water leaked in the boiler room in the bathroom. There were no sheets to put on the sofa bed; the washing machine was unusable because it was loaded.
