Very well located but low quality

Apartment not recommended
Ubication. But we chose it
The apartment is old and in poor condition. Dirty walls need good paint. The only sofa in the house had a torn cover and was not very clean. Really dirty pillows. Broken toilet lid. The sink drain is also broken.

Quiet structure in a strategic central position
Very quiet and spacious apartment in an elegant building in an exceptional location, very close to the center and public transport.
Cleaning and maintenance of the apartment to improve. The apartment is large, but the rooms are small: one bedroom has no windows and the other has three beds, but it was impossible to move due to lack of space.

Functional apartment for unpretentious travelers. Slightly overpriced for performance.
Convenient location, right next to the metro, 10 minutes walk to the center. Convenient check-in and check-out. Quiet and central
There was a lack of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towel and some kitchen utensils. The second room is a pantry without windows and with a thin transparent sliding door. The elevator only works occasionally. We are also stuck in it.

If he was pure he would be perfect
Location next to metro
The apartment was not cleaned the first night. We were offered another one a few meters away, even dirtier. The staff helped us and refunded us the first night, although arriving at 11pm in the evening we slept one night in an uncleaned apartment.
