The room on the 3rd floor without a lift was a challenge for my "handicapped" husband. Please specify next time that there is no lift.

The heating wasn't on and there were alternating warm/cold phases when showering. but who has nothing against alternating showers ;)

Only the main light on the ceiling worked and that was very timed to dark. Shower was clogged and was about to overflow. Generally very noisy rooms. Mattresses are long overdue.
