Wien-Appartement

Beautiful, very clean and modern apartment in a central location, with very good connections to all popular places in Vienna. Very pleasant communication with the landlord, who even reorganized the cleaning of the apartment for us on the day of departure so that we could leave our suitcases in the apartment longer because our flight was early in the evening. Many thanks for that and for an overall super pleasant stay. We would like to book this apartment again the next time we visit Vienna.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is spacious with everything you need. Nespresso capsules included. Extremely clean. Check in - completely unproblematic. The location great. Subway in 2 minutes and tram in 5 minutes. The apartment is located directly in the Lugner - City. All shops you need directly accessible. Car can be parked in the underground car park. Enough parking spaces available. I would particularly like to highlight the landlord. Any questions - answer within 1 hour. Always competent and friendly. Had a problem with the bed - the problem was solved within 2 hours. That's called customer orientation. Thanks Will be back for sure.

very spacious apartment (is as the pictures show); very neat; very modern themed decoration ; everything is there for a longer stay (we stayed 1 week); everything available in the kitchen to make small dishes; small freezer; good dishwasher; no microwave; large TV in bedroom. From the apartment you can directly enter the Lugner shopping center where there is a Billa supermarket, as well as restaurants, bakery and clothing stores. Super location because the metro Burggasse station is only 150 meters away, bus stops in front of the door, taxis are in front of the door. The center can be reached in less than 15 minutes, Schonbrunn in barely 20 minutes ... The apartment is very quiet = no noise from cars because it is located along the back of the building. Occasionally (with us 1x on Dec. 25) there is an evening activity (performance) in the shopping center where you may experience noise nuisance until midnight. The windows are frosted, you cannot look outside, but there is a lot of light coming in, so this did not bother you.

cleaning and care of furnishings

The apartment was clean, the host had left drinks and sweets for us, the appliances, utensils were kept like new. Near the metro, a train stops in front of the entrance that takes you to the center.
