Great location but accommodation itself had negatives, WiFi, elevator.
Location relative to the center.
There was no WiFi, no cozy seating and it was not mentioned that there was no elevator to get to the third floor.

Ideal for two days in Vienna
Really great location, well thought out equipment, very good for the price!
A bit noisy (bar in the street, neighbors can unfortunately be heard well). An additional lamp (e.g. for reading) in the rooms would be great.

with aspects to improve
well connected to the city center
the windows don't have a blind, so when the sun rises… it gives all the sun and you probably wake up earlier than you wanted to wake up. the living room of the apartment is 1 room very very simple everything the owner of the apartment is not aware of the guest at all, bad communication.

Noisy third floor without elevator. Not recommendable
It was clean.
It is a third floor without elevator. The apartment is renovated, but the building is scary, it looks like something out of a horror movie. You can hear all the noise from the street and from the neighbors. Impossible to rest.

More than good! 8/10
Clean apartment, excellent location, inside the condominium there is also a coffee / water / soft drinks machine .. and it was our salvation given the prices of water and coffee in Vienna. Owner always present and available. I advise:)
Only flaws: you could smell cigarette smoke from the bathroom and we had difficulty getting the hot water to start the shower.
