We arrived for a week with a baby, we only received a pair of towels! It turns out that in Austria babies don't shower. The baby bed for which we paid an extra 59 euros was actually a dilapidated playpen that is not suitable for sleeping and certainly not for a three month old. The elevator only works with a key - which was not part of the package we received at the beginning so we had to go up two floors with luggage, a stroller and a baby. What's more, the elevator is so small that you can't enter it with a baby stroller, and we had to go up 3 stairs at each entrance/exit - 2 with the parts of the stroller and a third with the baby. At some point some electrical device started beeping non-stop in the apartment. We sent messages and emails to the property owners to take care and they didn't even bother to answer us. Bottom line, I recommend looking for another place in the same area.
