Explanation of the problems: - Dirty cupboard/stove - Free socket in the living room - Mold in the corner, in the shower and extensively on the wall in the hallway - Open and dirty ventilation in the shower - Dirty sink in the kitchen. - The drain in the shower drains very slowly - Dirty and precariously suspended shower shelf, if you stumble upon it for a short time, the whole "construction" flies down - An open outlet in the kitchen But the most important point for me was an open outlet, where you could easily touch live wires, and that the room is EXACTLY smoking, even though advertised as a non-smoking room. The whole apartment smelled of smoke. In addition to a full refund, I am awaiting a professional inspection of the property as it is a health hazard in its current state and in my opinion it would be gross negligence to continue to accommodate guests. Absolutely no recommendation for booking.

The booked accommodation was already taken, then after 2 hours of waiting we found accommodation in a smoky apartment that smelled of cat urine, the washing machine did not work.

Arriving at the place around 22:30 in a rather dilapidated building, we spent the first 40 minutes looking for the key to the apartment. As soon as we entered we were greeted by a strong smell of dampness, continuing in the apartment we noticed crumpled sheets, dirty towels with motionless hair, mirrors and furniture with dust and hands, a broken drawer on the floor, dirty bathrooms with hair and hair everywhere, and finally, inside the closet... a blanket that smelled like a pigsty. At this point, after only 10 minutes, I contact the owner to tell him about the conditions and if at least it was possible to get clean towels or where we could find them .... his answer was ... (The cleaning lady comes in the morning 11) At this point, we took our bags and moved to a wonderful hotel nearby. After we checked into the hotel, I wrote to the owner to inform him of our move with reasons and photos, trying in vain to ask for a refund for the reservation. Result? No answer

The apartment was open, smoked, bed linen not changed, one pillow, used towels, dirty floor and furniture were missing. The apartment looked as if antisocials were sleeping in it.
