Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon

This was clearly stated on the booking confirmation. FRENCH DOUBLE BED. There is no bed in this apartment. Just 40 year old dirty sofa beds. Everything is sloppy and cluttered with antique furniture. But the landlords to this day prefer to argue and are of the opinion that the bed was never promised anywhere. But the booking confirmation doesn't lie. When we arrived at the apartment, we were told on the phone: “You will find the keys at the entrance to the house next to the bells in a hole in the wall and paper is shoved in front of it,” see photo. This is a good start. We were allowed to move to the sofa beds ourselves on arrival, after 12 hours on the road you expect the beds to be ready. Some of the sheets were still damp on the dryer on the balcony. WHAT IS THIS ?!? The apartment is very dirty in places. The view into the freezer/refrigerator was especially disgusting, see photos. Too expensive, just outrageous. The reviews are probably all fake/purchased. 8.5 doesn't fit at all. Maximum 4.0.

The apartment would be very nice if the tenant spent some money just to update the inventory. All furniture is old, worn out and dirty. No bed, only two sofa beds, no queen bed. The faux leather cover falls off the sofa bed. So you have a lot of small brown particles throughout the apartment. There is no normal table, only 1 chair. Kitchen equipment is not possible. All the plates are cracked, the knives are unusable, not even a simple coffee maker, but only a coffee maker. Some sockets are sticking out of the wall! A sign that the tenant cares too little about the apartment. Forbidden!! The apartment would be nice if the furniture was updated.

NO WIFI! the kettle in the kitchen was broken, we had to boil water in a pot.
