Central location and many supermarkets in the area.
1. The neighborhood is conflicting and creates insecurity, there are a lot of alcoholics and homeless people on the streets. Ambulances are constantly heard. 2. Zero cleaning: dirty bathroom, dirty bed, dirty unwashed dishes. 3. The capacity of the thermos is small, it cannot accommodate three people in a row. 4. The heating is not working and they offered us to bring a heater. 5. They tried to fix the heating and left without hot water. 6. The guy who gave us the keys to the apartment spoke only German. It's cheap but not worth it. We will not repeat this again under any circumstances, so we do not recommend it.
The location of the facility is very convenient. Close to public transport and city bikes. There is a free water point and a shop in front of the building.
Run down the room. Cleanliness is obvious. Mold on the walls in the shower. The bathroom is very stuffy. The room is stuffy. The floor creaks a lot. View from the window to the neighbors. The room was very noisy from the neighbors, which made it difficult to sleep. The owner entered the address incorrectly and we couldn't find the number.
Great location. Nearby there are many cafes, restaurants, Bill's supermarket, public transport stop. Only 10 minutes to the historic city center. by tram, or 30 min. on foot. The house is surrounded by a pleasant little square. Unfortunately, all the positive moments end there.
The booked apartment is below all criticism. Demonstrative disrespect for guests. Firstly, when booking, the wrong address was indicated, as a result of this, we searched for an apartment for more than an hour, until the employee himself went out into the street and literally "picked up" the guests. The apartment itself makes the most negative impression. Terrible musty smell, we had to keep the windows open 24/7 but that didn't help. The smell never faded. The same old bedding. Sheet with a hole. Mattresses are uncomfortable. NO TOWELS. There are two tiny kitchen towels in the kitchen, which we had to use in the shower room as It's very cold there, and there are no foot mats. The window in the shower room was also constantly open due to mold on the walls. Theoretically, there is an old heater in the shower room, but we did not dare to use it, because. the switch is broken. TV not working. A narrow small closet, which can only be partially used, because. it contains blankets, pillows and something else. Therefore, all 6 days our things were in a suitcase. Sofa is also not worth using, because. in addition to an unpleasant smell, it is all covered with vile spots. The kitchen lacks the most primitive items: a coffee maker (but are there coffee filters?), a toaster, a ladle, spatulas, salad bowls, wine glasses. Just one frying pan, completely unusable. Conclusion. If you plan to just spend the night in Vienna, then this apartment is quite suitable for such a purpose as a sleeping place and you bring towels and bed linen with you, but this is not a place to relax at all. Such an apartment really can and should be put in order, where guests will feel comfortable and pleasant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The hostess was MORE than an hour late for handing over the keys and literally left us in the rain. The apartment was not clean at all, the toilet lid was missing, the view of the courtyard was not like the photos, but was a view of the concrete. All the chairs were broken, as was the roller blind, which had only been counterfeited. Calmness was out of the question, at night you could hear the police and an ambulance in a matter of minutes. And the rest of the apartment had nothing to do with the photographs, the stairs are dirtier every day than the day before. I can only advise everyone to book this accommodation. The apartment has a lot of potential, but in this condition it's arrogance and an insult to EVERY guest... The apartment can look really good, very fast, with a very small budget and little time investment...
We were especially hot, we would have appreciated the presence of a fan.
