After the photos and the high price, we expected better conditions and care.
Quiet location in the inner courtyard, elevator beautiful crockery and cutlery according to the photo
Check in was not working, insufficient care before and during stay. Broken, ancient toilet lid, broken bathroom door (none of which have been repaired), very dirty carpet and armchair, very narrow bedroom with a short bed, old limp pillows, kitchen utensils: old bent Teflon pans without a lid, unusable cutting boards, bad knives, no oven.

Very good
Convenient location. Close to metro station, quiet area. Alas, the Children's Cancer Center is nearby - it is not noisy, does not interfere with anything, but brings thoughts of sadness. Nice, new interior. 2 toilets, 1 shower and one bath. comfortable Beds / mattresses, good bedding. Folding sofa. Dirt and dust were found under the sofa .. and on the cabinets - for this minus for cleaning. The rest: kitchen, plumbing, dishes - perfectly clean, new. They even gave small tubes of shampoo, cream, shower gel. There was a confusion in communications with the staff: upon arrival, they waited for almost an hour on the street - they had to call and ask additionally (supposedly the booking gave an erroneous meeting time). Then for two days they waited for a sheet for the child (they asked for a change), they constantly reminded me. Since the Bedding was bedded 1 time for 12 days, without replacement sets. Perhaps the communication problems were caused by the holiday week: we arrived on December 26th. There is an elevator, 2nd floor. beautiful hall and stairs.
