super friendly, committed staff. Starting with the boss to every single employee. Even gave us medical support for an injury while skiing. There was very friendly crush ice whenever we asked for it. The food is simply sensational! Super location, through the sports shop you can reach the Rüfikopf cable car after 50 m. Excellent service in the shop too.

Room, wellness center, breakfast and service... were just great! I was very warmly welcomed and pampered throughout my stay. For me it was absolute luck that my trip to Leh ended here. Thanks a lot from me!
Unfortunately the hotel across the street had loud mobile phone video entertainment until midnight. However, there is nothing your hotel can do about it.

Very friendly hotel staff and very nice rooms with excellent breakfast. The ski depot at the hotel including the staff is by far the best I have ever seen.
