Disappointed without words
SPA area was fine
WiFi reception not possible in the room. Only English is spoken or no understandable German is spoken in the dining room. At breakfast you are greeted by a lady wearing a black apron and black disposable gloves! The pictures online should urgently be updated! The food is not served, but can be taken from warming containers.

The stay was very relaxing and pleasant
The staff are very helpful and very accommodating. The meals were of very good quality. The room and bathroom were very clean. The view from the terrace is magnificent.

very good price-performance ratio, we found free non-alcoholic drinks very good, wellness area and swimming pool,
a bed was locked, the smell in the wellness area

nice hotel, wellness is not bad, nice swimming pool, great surroundings, good breakfast
