Defective lamps, defective shower head and missing shower gels and lotions that you would actually expect in a 4 star hotel, nothing was prepared on the water bed downstairs or anything like the pictures, we couldn't drink a cocktail at the bar because it closed earlier than agreed , the pool was extremely cold and the hot tubs weren't on, etc.

We reserved an economy room and were given a panoramic room upon arrival. Tamara and Rainer were very concerned about our well-being. So we find the hotel highly recommended!
Unfortunately there was no dinner, but that is due to the general lack of staff. Thank Corona! We had fresh eggs in all variations every morning 👍😀
It was all very, very nice. There was nothing missing. The view was something very special. Tamara and her husband were very accommodating, nice and totally friendly. We even got a free upgrade, which we were really happy about. The staff was always friendly and very attentive. It is definitely worth a trip to this hotel again.
