It was only very superficially cleaned. Dirty torn plastic tablecloth, dirty drawer in the kitchen. In the bathroom, the water in the sink almost did not drain. Broken blinds on the window. The furniture is almost falling apart. Wrong number on the apartment door. There are two identical numbers on the floor, it's confusing. No hair dryer.

At 13:00, an hour before the confirmed arrival, I tried to get the check-in information. No answer. An hour later (the agreed check-in had already passed) had to wait. Then came: "Sorry, but I have several apartments." In the end, we were directed to an apartment at a different address, which was logically completely different from what was confirmed by Booking.com. We booked an air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment, we have a 1-bedroom apartment and no air conditioning. Wifi did not work, there was no response to the complaint. Moreover, the entire apartment is paved with instructions and prohibitions. The only reaction the next day: "We have 7 apartments, and we don't know what is on booking.com." It is truly incredible, I have never experienced anything more unprofessional and daring.

The mattresses are not comfortable, the pillows and blankets are cheap. The bathroom is very small, there is no mirror at eye level. The bathroom carpets smelled like mildew.

It was average. We received an email, text and there was a note in the room after we booked that we had to clean up after ourselves or we would have to pay for extra cleaning. There are no problems. The problem was that it was not cleaned when we arrived. Even the trash wasn't emptied, so it didn't feel like much fun. The sheets seemed to be changed anyway. If we had stayed longer, we would have changed accommodation immediately, but now it was only for one night.
