Good flat
The apartment Resi is great. Lots of space for 2 families. New bathroom with floor heating. Very clean and very nicely furnished. Comfortable and big beds. The location was perfect, ski areas were easy to reach. Beautiful hiking trails right in town. Bakery just across the street. We liked it very much and we would love to come back.
The kitchen needs new equipment, pans and cutting boards were in very bad condition, otherwise everything was great.

There is no balcony. There is a narrow terrace that is useful for standing or placing chairs crosswise
