The instructions must clearly state that the Oaks Hotel is the key meeting point and nothing else. A couple of small things will get full marks: washing the curtains, cleaning the microwave oven, tightening the rocking seats of the chairs in the dining room, and fixing the folded corner of the carpet. The balcony overlooks the courtyard, there is only one chair on the balcony.
The location is good, but it's on the roadside, so it's a bit noisy in the evening.
The bed was too old, the washing machine was broken, and the vacuum cleaner didn't work well, so it was uncomfortable. The veranda was also dirty because it was not cleaned well. (Room 407)
