I liked the proximity to the city center, the fact of having an equipped kitchen in your room and the calm.
My room had no window, so no fresh air!! The room was not clean and the bathroom too; I caught two cockroaches! Furniture and walls were damaged. There were no elements or spaces to unfold his suitcase.

The cleanliness clearly leaves something to be desired, there were droppings of what exactly? I'd rather not know... We were "lucky" to see an insect that looked very much like a cockroach... In no way do I recommend this place!!!!

The bed is the best part of all, extremely comfortable. The room is small but cozy and has everything you need. The bathroom is ideal, with a large mirror and a wonderful shower. The location is incredible, almost a straight line to the city, it can take about 20 minutes to walk but I already did this light walk in São Paulo every day so I didn't see any problem!
I think the worst thing about the room is not having ventilation, the windows don't open so what you cook smells in the room until you check out. For those staying for a long period, I think this can become a big problem. I found the pillows a little low for me, but my husband liked it, so it's up to everyone's taste.
