Breach of agreements by owners

The pool and living room matched the photograph, the house had a dishwasher, washing machine and hairdryer with everything needed to use them.

The website states that the house has 6 bedrooms and is designed for 14 people. Really for a long stay (and the owner rents the villa for at least a week) 8 people can comfortably accommodate. There were 10 of us, only 4 bedrooms were provided and two were forced to sleep in the living room and in the hallway. Upon check-in, we were additionally billed for cleaning and a deposit for accommodation, although there was no such agreement in advance. Upon eviction, they refused to return the deposit, although there was no damage. There were water and internet interruptions in the house.
