Great hotel, stayed for one night but could easily live longer, already booked this option for our next trip. Everything is new, clean, comfortable, warm blankets, excellent restaurant breakfasts, a warm welcome from the staff. All photos correspond to reality, the location is good - we reached Republic Square in 30 minutes on foot, through a panoramic bridge overlooking Ararat and a beautiful park with fountains. We will be happy to stay here!

Very friendly, hospitable and caring hosts who are not indifferent to the impression you get from staying in their hotel and in Armenia in general. It's a pleasure to deal with such people. Breakfast is delicious, plentiful and varied.
Lovely friendly and very attentive hosts! Upon arrival, we were immediately offered a homemade lunch from local products, it was very timely, tasty and very convenient! Susanna suggested that we walk around Yerevan in the evening and gave us a mini tour. We had dinner together in a restaurant and had a great evening in a warm company! We remember the evening in Yerevan! Thank you Susanna for the warm welcome!
