Everything is excellent, top notch. Gorgeous apartment, house, location, owner. The check-out time according to the booking rules is 12-00, but the owner cordially allowed us to stay longer until the time of departure to the airport, completely free of charge. If I am in Yerevan again, I will only book here. We rented several apartments in Yerevan, this one is the best in all respects.

Lovely, clean, bright, comfortable apartment. There is everything you need: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, new plumbing, a kitchen with inventory, clean linen, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, a set of towels. Extremely convenient location. Entrance from the yard and you can not hear the city noise, but within a couple of blocks from all the attractions and the central market. Very hospitable, friendly owner, who at any time will help to solve any issue. Filmed for 7 nights. So even the maid came and did a general cleaning)

Very polite and attentive landlord! He settled us earlier than the scheduled time, as the plane arrived early! The apartment is in perfect condition, with excellent repair and all accessories!
