In a nutshell - awesome! Martin and Anush are wonderful people. Very attentive attitude to the guests, cordially, simply, and all the difficulties are solved in one or two :) Even we, rather shy people (IT people-homebodies) felt at ease in this house. Breakfast from Anush is a separate issue, it exceeds all expectations, many thanks to such a wonderful hostess. We will definitely come back if we are in Yerevan!

The mini-hotel is located on a quiet residential street, just a few minutes from the center of Yerevan. The room was nice and very clean. The breakfast is incredibly rich and delicious. The hosts, Anush and Martin, are very helpful and very careful. Before taking me to the airport at night and even made me some invigorating coffee. A small detail that says a lot about the quality of service. I would be happy to return.
