Potential guests should take into account that the budget double room is located on the 4th floor, the washbasin and shower are shared by 2 rooms on the same floor. The refrigerator is also on the floor where we forgot the goodies we bought in Yerevan when we left :(
Excellent comfortable bed, delicious hearty breakfast, very friendly manager Tamara, a few minutes walk to the metro station. Photos convey the features of the hotel, take a closer look at them.
The smell of sewage in the toilet, which was written in other reviews, is really there. Toilet, aka shower, budget room in the corridor, which alleviates the previous inconvenience)

Excellent breakfasts, very clean, polite and helpful staff, convenient location, near the metro, quiet area.
Quiet, comfortable, 5 minutes to the subway. Nearby there are cafes and tents with fruit. Tamara is a wonderful hostess :) She cooks very tasty and hearty breakfasts. The room has a fridge and kettle. Very clean. Nearby there is a parking place (though only for a couple of cars).
For us, the only negative was the shower, which is in no way separated from the rest of the bathroom. So the bathroom floor was almost always wet.
