The location is good, it looks like it used to be a good hotel.
At the reception, the staff smokes without going outside, at the entrance, therefore, there is a strong smell of tobacco in the lobby. In the rooms (in the bathrooms) the sealant needs to be replaced; it is already black from the fungus. There are no mosquito nets on the windows in the morning flies got out.
Convenient location (relatively not far from the center). The area, of course, is not super, but the prices are small. Very cool common balcony where you can work and drink coffee. Quiet, calm place. Everything is very decent. High ceilings, clean rooms, pleasant to relax. Very friendly and attentive staff. We booked a double room, but in fact we were settled in a single room. However, the staff solved the problem and they brought us a second bed in the room. Very attentive and friendly people! Thank you.
It's not that we don't like anything, it's just my personal notes. A hotel with a claim to a premium class, but, as it were, not quite completed. Repairs are still going on, as I understand it, and equipment is being brought in. Also I don't quite understand the concept of washing in the toilet next to the toilet. Without a separate booth or pallet, it looks unusual and at least strange. But here, as I later realized, this is often the case.
Everything is fine! Very hospitable staff. Good room, comfortable bed. There is an open veranda. Just across the road there is a shop and a great cafe.
