Terrible place, only if all other options have run out.
The location is convenient in the center, that's where the advantages end.
Dirty apartment, everything is dirty from the bathroom to the floors and dishes, as well as sofas and so on. I had to wash the floors and the bathroom for the child, in the end they left it cleaner than they stopped by. The bathroom is damp, everything leaks, flies, mold. The kitchen part of the burners does not work, the dishes are tired, like the whole apartment, the photos are apparently old, when it was new or photoshop. No soundproofing, you can hear your neighbors. The entrance door is made of cardboard, smoke from the corridor enters the apartment. The sofas are all drenched, dirty, springs sticking out of the mattresses. There is dust everywhere, they don't clean it. The balcony does not close, it is dangerous, someone can climb in. The curtains almost fall off, dangerously can fall on your head. Plumbing in a century-old raid. Dishes also. The bed linen stinks of chemicals, they don't know how to wash it. The mirror was broken in the bathroom, the cracks were painted over with a marker. The price is inadequate, the maximum that you can pay for such a hut is $ 200 per month and only for the location. There is no elevator, you can lift the stroller and things on foot.

Super apartment in the city center
Excellent location: the park and Mashtots Avenue are a stone's throw away, while a very calm courtyard. The apartment is clean and comfortable. There are all kitchen appliances. There is a balcony where it is not scary to let the children go 🙂 There is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board. The owner is very welcoming, friendly and sociable. In general, all 10 out of 10.

The apartment is spacious, the location is excellent, everything you need is within walking distance! The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay! Special thanks to the girl who was always in touch with us, solved all the questions that arose and was very responsive to all our requests! In general, everything was very pleasant, we will stay with you more than once)
1. Lack of Smart TV 2. Very hard mattresses and overly soft pillows But this did not overshadow our stay, there was no time to watch TV, and during the day we got tired so that we slept like the dead 😁

awesome three bedroom suite. very cozy. new modern furniture, renovation. Excellent location of the apartment to the center of Yerevan. responsive hostess. recommend!!!!

Super apartment!
Great apartment, I liked everything very much! In reality, more than in the photo, very spacious - 2 cozy rooms, a kitchen with everything you need and a balcony. even a piano! The location is very convenient, centrally located, close to all attractions and the metro. The owners are very helpful, they met our carelessness and allowed us to check out later, without a fine. It was also possible to pay in rubles upon arrival, which is very convenient. We will recommend to everyone and will definitely come back, thanks to Armenia for the warm welcome!))
