Great apartment, great host! Location, cleanliness, amenities in the apartment - everything is excellent. Not in the noisy center, but close to it, 5-10 minutes walk. The owner of the apartment met (at our request and for a separate payment of course), brought, told everything. The apartment is very clean and everything corresponds to the photo. There is air conditioning (although we did not use it in October). In general, it is quiet, although the windows face the street, but when the double-glazed windows are closed, nothing is heard. Didn't hear any noisy neighbors either.

Great apartment location! Nearby there are cafes, shops and even a wonderful non-stop supermarket. You can walk wonderfully along the streets of Yerevan to the city center; in time, this walk at a calm pace takes no more than 15-20 minutes. The friendly and attentive host Artak helped us with transfers from and to the airport. Prompted us immediately after arrival all the necessary and useful information. And he was always available if there were any questions. Thanks to such a wonderful host, our vacation in Yerevan was very wonderful! We highly recommend these apartments to those who wish to relax and see Yerevan and other sights of hospitable Armenia. Once again I would like to say to respected Artak: Thank you very much!

The owner is very friendly and patient (waiting for us for several hours) the location is good (from the house to the central square we walked in 20 minutes). the house has a washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, some dishes...

Our friend, who met us in Yerevan, received the keys from the owner. The apartment is completely arranged, two separate bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen, a living room, a new refrigerator, a TV set with a Rostelecom prefix, a large spacious bathroom. Air conditioning is only in the hall, but the temperature in the apartment was acceptable even in the heat. A 7 minute walk to a large shopping center, where they bought food, coffee and amazing fruits. We had an evening flight, which was also delayed, and the owner allowed us to stay in the apartment until the evening for free, and then helped with calling a taxi.
