There were no deceived expectations: the apartments are quite suitable for living, there is everything you need. The owner turned out to be a very hospitable person, carried out a transfer from / to the airport at a low price, responded to requests in a timely manner, made reservations in restaurants, did not require instant payment for the stay.

Exceptional hospitality of the host Arsen: I met him, helped with luggage upon check-in, always in touch, organized an excellent excursion (Garni, Geghard, Lake Sevan), booked tickets to Tbilisi and drove to the bus station. The house is located in the very center of Yerevan, within walking distance to all significant places, in 5 minutes there is a laboratory for taking a PCR test. The apartment is comfortable for living, comfortable beds. It was quiet. The area is calm.

The location is great. Arsen and his lovely wife are very helpful, flexible and helpful.

When canceling the booked accommodation, they kindly helped us and helped us out by quickly placing us. Very friendly owner, told how to get there, helped with the suitcases upon departure. We left only with positive emotions and gratitude to the owner.
