Great location, clean, excellent value for money. The owner is very friendly, met at the airport, drove to the apartment (for a fee), showed everything. Our flight was abruptly canceled, we had to transfer it to the flight at 5 am. We found out about it at 12 at night and already had to leave in an hour. We contacted the owner, arrived and drove to the airport.

I liked the location very much, all the necessary places were within walking distance! The apartment is super-duper, clean, comfortable, everything you need was present (towels, toiletries, cutlery), everything is as in the photo, not a drop of difference! The view is gorgeous from the balcony to the city and Mount Ararat! The owner is friendly, intelligent, he will tell, tell and help everything you need! If the next time we stay somewhere in Yerevan, it will only be here!
