Apartment at Bagramyan Street

I definitely recommend. Thanks to the owner Alexei and the equipment/decoration of the apartment, you feel like you are not in a hotel, but visiting a friend or relative. Alexey (if necessary) helps promptly (within 20 minutes) and does more than you expect (issues of transfer, SIM cards, etc.). Feel free to ask for help :-) The apartment is in order, equipped with everything you need, the orientation of the rooms allows NOT to use air conditioners (although they are and work) in the Yerevan summer. The location of the apartment is in the very center: 3 minutes to the Cascade, 5 minutes to the Opera. I think the best accommodation during the trip and the best host.

The apartment is ideally located. The kitchen is large and comfortable. The price and quality are perfect. We had a great time!!!

The apartment is clean and very spacious, modern design and comfortable furniture. The balcony offers a beautiful, especially at night, view of the Cascade. Within walking distance there are many cafes and restaurants, parks, shops, the Opera House, Freedom Square and Republic Square with singing fountains. The entrance to the courtyard is through a barrier, which is opened from the phone of the owner of the apartment. The owners - friendly and benevolent young people, met at night, helped and advised on all issues. It's nice that mineral water and ice cream were waiting for us in the refrigerator.
