Great apartment in the very center of the city, friendly owners, everything you need to have a pleasant stay

We were in Yerevan in late September and early October together with my wife. Stayed in this apartment for 6 nights. The location is perfect. In the center of all the basic attractions, which can be reached within 3-5 minutes on foot (Republic Square, Northern Avenue, Anna Church, Vernissage, etc.) up to 15-20 minutes (Yeritasardakan Youth Park or Boulevard Ring, Opera House, Cascade, Church of Our Lady Zoroavor, Church of St. Sarkis, Brandy factories, etc.) The apartment is comfortable: its own water heater, respectively, hot water, and heating in winter. The area of ​​the living room, separate kitchen and combined bathroom is even excessive for two. There is a sofa bed for a larger group of travelers. It is worth considering that drinking water is running from the tap in Yerevan - this information will be useful for tourists. The owners did not bother without a reason. And they even helped. They were allowed to delay the departure for several hours and called a taxi to the airport. In general, everything was just great!
