We had a great time in Yerevan. Largely due to the opportunity to live in this apartment.
Very nice apartment. Spacious and comfortable for living. Friendly and welcoming host, always ready to help. Excellent location on one of the nicest streets in the city. There are wonderful cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Exceptional
In the very center, a large, clean apartment. Stayed for 10 days with the kids it was comfortable. 3 rooms. 2 beds for children, 1 large bed for adults and 2 more sofas. There is a lot of space, the necessary utensils for cooking, a shower. Well, the friendly owner !!!

Add wine glasses to the kitchen range. In Armenia, besides cognac, there is a very good wine.
Nice beds. Very comfortable. All the necessary kitchen utensils are in the apartment. Nearby there is a square with fountains. There are many different restaurants and cafes. The travel agency is walking distance of 30 minutes. The Khachaturian Concert Hall is 20 minutes away. Convenient location. Of course I liked the hospitality and care of the owner.
At night, with open windows, late arrivals disturb sleep. But this is the cost of the 1st floor. The second towel should be larger.

Exceptional
Very nice, cozy and modern apartment. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost, objectively it should be an order of magnitude higher. Polite and cultured host, presented us with a delicious fruit vase upon arrival. The location is very good - it is really a 10-15 minute walk to the Revolution Square and the Opera Square. If possible, we will definitely stay here again.
