Respect for the native vegetation that surrounds the hotel and especially the privacy of the pool. The room was very comfortable and well decorated.
The blind window sill does not allow seeing outside. It's a minor design detail.

IT DOES NOT HAVE A HEATED POOL.
Excellent attention from the ticket table staff. Very good view from the room. Open but accessible garage. spacious elevators. Good hotel lighting.
Lack of outdoor or indoor heated pool. The bar room service took a little longer than expected. The hot water worked intermittently in the second floor room that I stayed in, nothing good about that.
