Breakfast wasn't that varied, gym equipment was very old

The hotel offers quality service in all areas, the staff is super friendly and attentive to every need. They really contribute to make the stay very warm. The facilities provide comfort and convenience. Food is delicious. The restaurant service is spectacular, they offer courtesy products. The breakfast service is super complete and tasty. The stay was a luxury! I would definitely go back as many times as I could.

The rooms are very comfortable in general. The mattresses were super comfortable, the Wi-Fi connection was very good, the room was equipped with air conditioning and everything worked perfectly.
We did not get shampoo and conditioner, due to forgetfulness and since there were several of us in my room, we lacked shampoo and conditioner but when I asked the hotel staff, they did not hesitate to provide me with what was necessary to complete what we needed.
