we booked the hotel because of the rooftop pool and pool bar. Unfortunately, that wasn't recommended, the air conditioning at the pool was so loud that you couldn't relax the roof terrace closes at 10pm so we couldn't use it
we got an upgrade for our room, had a very nice suite, breakfast and restaurant were great, the staff was generally very service-oriented
Swimming pool on 9th floor was not clean, gym not inviting. both did not correspond to the 5-star standard
