When checking in, they were looking for the hostess for half an hour, although they initially indicated the time of arrival. For the entire stay, the apartments were cleaned only 2 times in 13 days, although the hostess requested an additional 5 euros for cleaning for each day of stay! At the same time, the hostess said that this was quite enough - no need to litter. The beds creaked so that when the child turned in the next room, everyone woke up, in the bathroom the shower door was broken and did not close, the shower was leaking. The declared satellite TV channels did not work, in the last 2 days they connected free channels in Albanian :), the TV itself is the size of a laptop. Instead of the coffee machine indicated in the booking, the hostess, after long requests, brought a coffee machine, saying that this is the coffee machine. The hood in the kitchen rumbled like an airplane. In general, all the equipment here is the cheapest, bought on sale in Ikea, with the apartment costing 100 euros per day! As far as I understand, the duties of the hostess here are only to take money from you. The apartments themselves are located close to the hotel, from the side of which there is a music speaker operating at full volume, so you won’t be able to fall asleep from 10-00 to 23-00, and if it does, the neighbors will wake you up from above - the sound insulation is very poor. The sea next to the apartments is very cold (18-20 degrees) and this despite the fact that we were in the hottest period, due to cold springs pouring into it. On other beaches, the temperature was at that time 26-28 degrees. I posted a photo below, unfortunately there is no way to add a filmed video of all this disgrace. Often, including through booking.com, I rented apartments around the world, I got into such apartments for the first time.

The entrance to the bay is dangerous, you can get hurt. You have to be very careful to swim there. It would be nice to remove or move large boulders.
