Ideal for me
Good location in general for the city and waterfront and perfect for us who arrive by bus and then have to take the shuttle to Tirana airport again. Large, fairly new and well-equipped apartments with well-functioning Wi-Fi and a nice terrace. Propertyrio speaks Italian and was very helpful.
Since the building is located over one of the main arteries of the city, the night was not a light sleeper for me, very calm because the noise was quite annoying.

Very nice apartment
Very nice, new and clean apartment. Large terrace, comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen. Off-street parking available. Air conditioning works well, but only in the living room.
Poorly draining water from the shower cabin.
